Your privacy

Beyond the Bend uses your email to sign you in and a membership record to decide which content you can access. Your saved items and a short history of what you have opened or played help you return to your practice.

A small footprint

We do not collect health profiles, detailed viewing times, search histories, advertising identifiers, or social profiles. We use essential sign-in cookies. No advertising or behavioural analytics are enabled in this app.

Our service providers

Supabase manages email confirmation, password sign-in and password recovery. Passwords are sent securely to Supabase and stored there as protected hashes, not in the Sanctuary application tables or logs. We never ask you to share your password with support.

When this service launches, Supabase will handle authentication and application data, Stripe will handle payments, Bunny Stream will deliver recordings, and Vercel will host the app. Payment method information and required billing details stay with Stripe. Streaming providers necessarily receive connection information to deliver media.

Live Stream Classes take place separately on Whereby, not inside this website. Whereby receives connection information and any name, camera, microphone, or other content you choose to share there. Review Whereby’s privacy policy before joining. We do not send your member profile or billing details with the meeting link.

Your choices

When you report a problem, Resend delivers your contact email, description, and relevant website page to our customer support email address. If you are fully signed in, the email also identifies your verified account. We use this information to respond by email. Reports and replies are not stored in an application inbox. Copies held in email or by the email provider are separate from your application account and are not automatically erased by account deletion. Please leave out passwords, card details, and health information.

Signing up for a Live Stream Class saves your member ID and the class you chose. When reminder emails are available, signing up also requests one reminder about an hour before that class. Resend receives your verified email address and the class details to deliver it. You can cancel your signup on the homepage to stop an unsent reminder. Signup and reminder records are cleared automatically after seven days from the class end; account deletion removes them too.

You can clear your library history or request account deletion from your account. Deletion stops future subscription charges and removes application data; required billing records remain with Stripe. Cancelled-member application data is removed after 90 days. Sanitized operational logs and backups are retained for at most 30 days. We keep a separate encrypted record of the account identifier and deletion request time for up to 30 days so that restoring a backup does not bring a deleted account back.
